How do I get started?
If you send us your brand materials (website, Instagram, product photos, etc.) by email, we will provide you with a complimentary one-page brand diagnostic report within 5 business days. After that, we will coordinate with you to determine which service suits you best and provide a formal proposal.
Can I select just one service?
Yes, not a problem at all. You can use branding alone, strategy consulting alone, or sales outreach alone. Just start with whatever you need.
How long is the contract term?
Project-based services (branding, strategy) end upon project completion. Monthly retainer services (sales, CS) require a minimum commitment of 3 months and can be extended on a monthly basis thereafter.
How is the payment process conducted?
For projects over $10,000, payments are made in stages: 50% / 25% / 25%. Monthly retainers are billed at the beginning of each month and processed via Stripe by credit card or bank transfer.
Can I use the service even if I don’t have a corporation in the United States?
Yes, that's possible. You can utilize branding, strategy, partner connections, and sales outreach without a corporation. If establishing a corporation is needed, we will connect you with a trusted local legal partner in the United States.
What fields can partner connections cover?
We support the connection of F&B, beauty/wellness, fashion/lifestyle, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands with U.S. retailers, distributors, buyers, PR agencies, and investors.
Is the partnership connection guaranteed to work?
We handle partner introductions and meeting setups, but the final contract decision is at the discretion of both parties. Since we only receive a commission when a deal is successfully closed, we focus on finding the right partner for you.
